the breakfast offered a plentiful variety. the hotel is also near tram stops, very convenient for getting around. i found the bed comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful too!
The elevator did not reach my floor directly. it only went to the fourth floor, and my room was on the fifth. i had to carry my heavy bags up many stairs. The room felt very small for two people.

The location proved convenient, with easy access to main attractions (I could walk almost everywhere!). The staff demonstrated amazing politeness and were always ready to help. I also found the breakfast quite satisfying, especially the variety of options available.
The room I was assigned felt somewhat small (hardly space for my luggage). A small fridge in the room would definitely be a welcome addition.

The receptionists offered superb service and useful recommendations regarding the city and public transportation. Staff members were kind, and their help with directions and local attractions was invaluable. I appreciated their assistance greatly.

Breakfast included many vegan options (a great plus for me). The coffee and juice available throughout the day were a lovely addition. The breakfast service staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast to be amazing with lots of choice, including cooked and continental options. a selection of pastries and great coffee. the location was excellent as it was situated in a nice residential area. it was just minutes from the charles bridge..
The hotel was old. The floors of the rooms were wooden. And the wood creaked when you walked! at night, if someone walked into the next room, i would wake up.

the breakfast space had an excellent look. as a guest, i had free access to water, juice, and coffee all day until 10 pm in the breakfast room. they even allowed filling water bottles with cold water.

The breakfast included many options and proved delicious. The staff was kind and the service was really good. I had great access to central locations. This accessibility made exploring quite easy.
The shower head had a fixed position, making it difficult to shower without getting my hair wet.

The airport transfer I arranged through the hotel went very smoothly. The driver made contact immediately upon arrival. The front desk personnel were helpful. They facilitated transportation arrangements. The location allowed for easy access to main attractions by foot.
Soundproofing was not optimal. Street noise was noticeable.
